If such a transaction occurs, we will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not identify you with third parties for any purpose, including for research, analytics, marketing, and other business purposes.
We and our service providers collect information through cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and other tracking technologies in a variety of ways.
Cookies: Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer or device that you are using. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Channels, pages visited, language preferences, and other traffic data. We and our service providers use cookies for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, and to personalize your experience. We also gather statistical information about use of the Channels to continually improve their design and functionality, understand how they are used, and assist us with resolving questions about them. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted or expire).
If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, most browsers allow you to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular website. You may also wish to refer to http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/index.html. If, however, you do not accept certain cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the Channels and certain features may not function properly.
Pixel Tags: Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) and similar technologies may be used to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Channels (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the Channels and response rates.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Channels and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources. You can learn about Google's practices by going to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and exercise the opt-out provided by Google by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We use the following categories of cookies:
Essential (Strictly Necessary) Cookies: These cookies are essential for the operation of our Channels and enable core functionality such as enabling certain features or functionality critical for page functionality on specific web pages, security, network management, and accessibility. You cannot opt out of these cookies.Â
Personalization (Functionality) Cookies: These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your username, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features.
Analytics (Performance) Cookies: These cookies collect information about how you use our Channels (such as which pages you visit) to help us understand how our website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues. Example: Google Analytics.

Our Channels may include social media features and widgets (such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Spotify, or YouTube buttons). Social media features and widgets are hosted by the respective social media company or hosted directly on our Channels. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
Do Not Track (DNT): Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites you do not want to have your online activities tracked when you visit their site.Â
Global Privacy Control (GPC): Similar to DNT signals, some browsers (or available browser extensions) have a “Global Privacy Control” feature that lets you automatically signal to websites your desire to opt out of the “sale” or "sharing" of your Personal Information for targeted advertising purposes.Â
There is no universal standard for responding to DNT or GPC signals, and while the aim of such signals to is to communicate privacy preferences, DNT and GPC signals are not uniform and may vary by browser in terms of native support, default settings, and implementation, and so depending on such variables as well as your geographic location as detected by the websites you visit, certain DNT or GPC signals may go undetected. Nonetheless, we endeavor to recognize and honor both DNT and GPC signals. To this end, we use a third party cookie management tool that can be enabled to automatically disable targeted advertising cookies and/or setting a “Do Not Sell” toggle to active, where available, upon the detection of DNT or GPC signals, respectively. In the event that a DNT or GPC signal is not detected, at all times you can control and manage cookies through our cookie preference center by clicking the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom right portion of our website.
