Our story

Haus was founded in 2021 with the goal of democratizing access to world-class decision science tools. Before founding Haus, CEO Zach Epstein led marketing measurement initiatives at Google. Our mission and culture have attracted industry leaders who have built Haus to become the top incrementality testing startup.

Remote-first,

but not remote-only

Haus started as a remote-first company, and still is. But as we've grown, we've found the need and desire for more in-person connection and collaboration.

We currently have three “hub” locations– San Francisco, New York, and Seattle. Some roles are more hub-centered than others –we recommend searching for Hybrid positions if you want the in-office experience.

For remote-first Hausmates, we prioritize connection through team onsites and approved travel to hub cities.

Our values

Our values help our team make difficult choices. These principles shape our decisions, keep us aligned as we scale, and reflect what we stand for as a company.

Aim high

We choose lofty goals that might fail over safe goals that always succeed.

Block the puck

We prioritize our team’s success over our own individual comfort.

Call it what it is

We all give feedback to each other candidly and respectfully.

Done is better than perfect

We take small inexact steps rather than large impeccable leaps.

Experiment boldly

We try new ideas rather than repeating known formulas.
